A home that melds a traditional structure with modern interiors, 22 Endean Avenue is a changing, evolving experience. We built it to our client’s every specification, from the wooded, transit-oriented Leslieville neighbourhood to the large deck, coffered ceilings, bay windows and pot lights.
On this project in North York, our client wanted a home reminiscent of an estate, with clean, bold lines, picture windows and French doors. 86 Roberta drive then, captured the perspective of a previous time while grounding it perfectly in the now.

With this home in Birch Cliff, we set out to create a private oasis in a remarkable location, which was hidden yet unmissable. It stands minutes from the Bluffs and the beach, the inside is decorated in luxurious finishes and features, including large skylights, two gas fireplaces.
1 Anndale Road is a picture-perfect address in Scarborough: the symmetry in design, the clean lines. bold materials, grand entrance and commanding steps all serve to inspire awe. The interior is much the same, equally as evocative, equally as captivating.
14 Parkview Heights was made to indulge its residents. We captured modernity with contrasting lines, vivid colours, and large windows that bring a flood of natural light in. Here, with a depth of space, we managed to create a home in Scarborough both grand and comfortable.
